PE PORTAL HAS NOW LAUNCHED – with updated COVID-19 safe return resources.

2019
2019 -
PE Portal trial year with 5 Primary Schools, to support teachers delivering PE as an online resource programme. To collect data and findings and refine the offer further.

2018
2018 -
The start of PE portal being created to support Primary School Teachers to deliver PE. Within our schools we provided PE Portal resources to staff members and support for them to use these when delivering PE.

2017
2017 -
Packages set up to support schools with Ofsted visits and National Curriculum aims. Our staff deliver 2/3 of lessons and support school staff to deliver 1/3 themselves including a wider CPD offer of training and resources.

2016 -
Additional sports added to the PE Portal for coaches to deliver outstanding progressive PE lessons. Input from qualified PE teachers, experts in child development and education professionals.

2015 -
Launch of the prototype of PE Portal for coaches to deliver sessions via an online internal system only for staff.

2014 -
Building schemes of work & assessments to support PE within our schools. Working closely with head teachers, sports coordinators and staff to ensure all resources are appropriate for the setting.

Planning/preparing a better way for coaches to work from lesson plans, internal CPD refining the resources we use.

10 Primary schools have a sports active coach delivering PE across all year groups.

2011 -
Sports Active Coaching is born. Delivering a range of services including PE, afterschool clubs, wrap around care, holiday provision and community programmes across London and Surrey.
